Lead Generation Specialist

A Lead Generation Specialist is responsible for identifying and qualifying potential customers or clients for a company's products or services. They utilize various marketing and prospecting techniques to generate leads and nurture them through the sales funnel.

Responsibilities
  • Research and identify new leads through online platforms, social media, databases, and networking events.
  • Reach out to potential customers via email, phone calls, and social media to introduce our products/services.
  • Qualify leads by assessing their interest and fit with our company’s offerings.
  • Manage and maintain a database of leads, ensuring all information is up-to-date.
  • Work with the sales and marketing teams to create strategies to attract new leads.
  • Set appointments or meetings for the sales team to close deals.
  • Track and report on lead generation efforts and success rates.
  • Follow up with leads who haven’t responded or shown interest in a while.
Capabilities
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to use various tools and platforms to find and contact leads (LinkedIn, email, CRM systems, etc.).
  • Organized and able to manage multiple tasks and leads at once.
  • Comfortable with outreach and cold-calling potential customers.
  • Able to work well independently as well as part of a team.
  • Positive attitude, self-motivated, and goal-oriented.
