Direct Message Setter

A DM Setter initiates conversations with prospects via direct messaging, qualifying leads and setting appointments for the sales team.

Responsibilities

Start friendly, engaging conversations with leads through direct messaging on social media platforms.
Qualify leads by asking the right questions and understanding their needs.
Set appointments or discovery calls for the sales team once leads are pre-qualified.
Track daily conversations, follow-ups, and appointments in a CRM or tracker.
Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to ensure smooth lead handovers.
Continuously refine your messaging strategy to increase response rates and booking conversions.
