CRM Manager

As a CRM Manager, your role is to oversee and optimize the customer relationship management (CRM) system to ensure smooth communication, efficient workflows, and better customer experiences. You'll work across teams to manage contact databases, analyze customer behavior, and create strategies that improve engagement, retention, and sales performance. Leveraging your technical knowledge and strategic thinking, you'll play a key role in keeping our systems organized, customer journey seamless, and the team aligned.

Responsibilities
  • Manage and maintain the CRM system, ensuring accurate data entry and smooth functionality.
  • Segment contacts and create custom workflows, pipelines, and automation for marketing and sales campaigns.
  • Monitor customer interactions and identify patterns to improve engagement and retention strategies.
  • Collaborate with marketing, sales, and customer support teams to streamline operations and enhance communication flow.
  • Create reports and dashboards to track performance metrics, lead conversion, and customer lifecycle insights.
  • Train and support team members in effectively using the CRM system.
  • Regularly audit data, update records, and ensure the system remains clean and efficient.
  • Recommend and implement process improvements based on CRM data analysis and team feedback.
Capabilities
  • Strong understanding of CRM platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce, Go High Level, Zoho, or similar).
  • Detail-oriented with excellent data organization and analytical skills.
  • Strategic thinker with a solid grasp of customer journeys, segmentation, and campaign workflows.
  • Comfortable creating reports and interpreting data to make decisions.
  • Effective communicator who can collaborate across departments and explain systems clearly.
  • Problem-solving mindset and ability to spot inefficiencies or areas for improvement.
  • Self-starter with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
  • Experience in CRM system training, support, or documentation is a plus.
